Barrel aging is an exception in the range of Alsace wines, initiated by Jean-Charles in the 1980s after his training in Burgundy. These wines mature for 12 to 18 months in oak barrels, giving a new dimension to Alsace Pinots.
Unique cuvée vinified in oak barrels which reveals a structured and finely wooded wine while retaining the fruitiness and freshness of the grape variety.
